• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components
• Read blueprints and work instructions
• Fabricate and assemble parts to specifications
• Use tape measures and other measuring tools
• Operate hand tools, shop equipment, and production machinery
• Assist with material handling and moving finished products
• Maintain quality standards and a safe work environment

• 6+ months of welding experience or welding school experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• MIG welding experience
• Fabrication experience
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
• Brake press, drill press, or shop equipment experience
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.25/hr.
