Radiation Therapist - Oncology | Days | Benefits - SOB and Relocation

Salina Regional Health Center is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join its Oncology team. This full-time day shift position involves safely administering prescribed radiation therapy treatments, performing radiotherapy simulations, and supporting high-quality patient care while adhering to ALARA radiation safety principles. Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately.
• Perform radiation therapy simulations and treatment procedures.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment.
• Follow ALARA radiation safety standards.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and the oncology team.
• Assist with implementing new treatment techniques and technologies.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered oncology care.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy Technology program
• Registered or registry-eligible Radiation Therapist
• Minimum 1 year of clinical Radiation Therapy experience
• Kansas Radiologic Technology License
• BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days if permitted)

Pay

• Hourly Pay: $33–$49/hour (based on education and experience)
• Annual Salary: $69,000–$103,000
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year service agreement)
• Up to $5,000 Relocation Assistance
