Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026-2027 academic year as a School Psychologist serving K-12 students. This position begins in August 2026 and runs through June 2027, providing vital support to a diverse caseload of approximately 70 students. With a full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week across five days, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow specialists to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic and emotional well-being.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active School Psychologist Credential required
  • Solid understanding of special education laws, behavioral interventions, and best practices in student assessment
  • Experience or interest in supporting a K-12 population within a school setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering productive relationships with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students from kindergarten through grade 12
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
  • Provide consultation, counseling, and recommendations to teachers, families, and staff to promote positive educational outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and recommendations
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students, ensuring timely completion of evaluations and support services
