Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, solution-oriented HR Customer Service Representative to join our centralized support team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal employees, answering questions and guiding them through their healthcare benefits, paid time off, leave policies, and general HR requests.

salary: $20.5 - $21 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members seeking assistance with benefits, leave, payroll, and general HR inquiries.

• Deliver accurate, empathetic, and timely support across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

• Walk employees step-by-step through open enrollment, qualify life event changes, and assist with benefit choices.

• Guide team members on how to navigate internal HR self-service portals and online tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or business is a plus.

• At least two years of customer service or call center experience, preferably within HR, benefits administration, or healthcare.

• Written and verbal communication skills with a genuine passion for assisting others.

• Working knowledge of standard HR concepts, employee benefits programs, and leave policies.
