Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and current School Psychologist certification
• Previous experience working with high school students preferred
• Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks and interventions
• Skilled in conducting both initial and re-evaluations
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and work flexibly within changing school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological assessments for students, including initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support personnel as part of the MTSS team
• Create and track intervention plans, offering ongoing observation and assessment
• Deliver reports and recommendations that guide educational decisions
• Advocate for student needs, promoting academic and social-emotional growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultation on best practices
• Support the high school’s response to student needs with evidence-based practices
