As the Product Manager, Inventory Planning, you will help shape the future of Best Buy's forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, data-driven product leader who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing across teams, and delivering business value through technology and process innovation.

The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota.

What you'll do
  • Define product strategy and priorities for inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment capabilities
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes
  • Partner across inventory, supply chain, merchandising, engineering, and data teams to align on future-state solutions
  • Support implementation activities, including design, testing, deployment, and adoption
  • Use data and business insights to improve forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, and planning efficiency

Basic qualifications
  • 2 years of product management or related experience in a business, operations, technology, or supply chain environment
  • 1 year of experience in strategy development, stakeholder management, delivery execution, or customer-focused solutioning
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, technology, engineering, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in product management, inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, supply chain, or retail operations
  • Experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives across multiple teams
  • Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, allocation, or supply chain planning processes
  • Experience with enterprise planning platforms such as RELEX, Oracle RDF/AIP, or similar solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in Agile product environments
