- Number of Staff – float pool is about 80 \n

\n - Patient Ratios – 1:5 days and nights varies between units -Estimated & never Guaranteed \n

Typical hiring profile
\nSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
\nMust have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

- Minimum 1-year current acute care Telemetry hospital experience \n
- BLS & ACLS \n
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

- Strong Tele experience \n
- Nice to Have - Chemo Certification (would be able to schedule on our Oncology unit) \n

- Varies between units – Large Cardiac Population – with 2 Tele floors and a PCU floor \n
- Floating to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units \n
