\n Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 Nights (1845-0715)
\n Avg. Daily Census: 38.
\n Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required.
\n First-timers accepted: Yes
\n Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend
\n Certs REQ: ACLS and BLS required.
\n Is on-call REQ? No.
\n Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- will float to like units as needed.
\n Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
\n Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
\n Pending License accepted: No- must have active IL license to apply.
\n RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

\n •Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Tele, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown.
\n •Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry -on the unit monitoring, Telemetry- remote monitoring.
\n •Required Cardiovascular Case Skills/Experience: Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, Sheath Removal, TR band.
\n •Required Gastrointestinal Case Skills/Experience: Feeding tube care and management.
\n •Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure.
\n •Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy skills/experience: Accessing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
\n •Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin Protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, PCA, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips.
\n •Required Neurological/Psychiatric Case Skills/Experience: CVA. Experience with Surgical drains required.
\n •Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, External CPAP/BIPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Non-invasive airway management.
\n •Required Professional Topics and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.
\n •Previous charge experience preferred.
\n •Cerner experience required.
\n •Teaching hospital experience preferred.
\n •Level I Trauma experience preferred.
