\n Years of experience REQ: At least 2 years of experience required in ER
\n First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y
\n Weekend REQ: As needed
\n Certs REQ: AHA or client BLS, ACLS, PALS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
\n Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
\n Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes as needed
\n Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N
\n Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate
\n Pending License accepted: (Y/N) N
\n RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
\n Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's
\n Special Requirements: Epic experience at a 3 or 4 required. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.
\n PLEASE NOTE:
\n • Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client
\n • SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
