TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in South Burlington, Vermont.

- Coordinate patient care from cancer diagnosis through treatment. \n
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care journey. \n
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacy, infusion staff, and other healthcare departments. \n
- Facilitate care coordination, referrals, and treatment planning. \n
- Provide occasional chemotherapy infusions as needed. \n
- Advocate for patients and ensure continuity of care. \n
- \n
- Current RN license. \n
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications. \n
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification. \n
- Previous oncology patient navigation or care coordination experience. \n
- Oncology infusion experience. \n
- Strong communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary care coordination skills. \n
- \n
- Experience using EPIC Beacon. \n
Ideal Candidate The employer is looking for an experienced oncology RN who can effectively coordinate complex cancer care, educate patients, collaborate across multiple disciplines, and provide infusion services when needed. Strong organizational, communication, and patient advocacy skills are essential.
