- Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions \n
- 100 MILE RADIUS RULE: We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital \n
- RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract \n
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply \n
