Job Description:

  • $3,000 Sign On Bonus for Eligible Candidates
  • \n
  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
  • \n
  • Fully In Person - Some travel required within Tampa
  • \n
  • Bi-lingual language - Spanish [Required]
  • \n

    \n
  • Builds relationships with patients and physicians to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
  • \n
  • Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff, managers, and directors to align resources and services for patient-centered obstetrical care.
  • \n
  • Manages resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for OB patients, supporting interdisciplinary and cross-facility collaboration and communication.
  • \n
  • Tracks program performance in line with facility goals, identifying opportunities to streamline care practices using evidence-based guidelines.
  • \n
  • Serves as a liaison between patients, families, primary care physicians, internal and external care providers, specialists, and the wider healthcare community.
  • \n
\n

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

\n
    \n
  • Skill and proficiency in applying highly technical principles, concepts and techniques which are central to the nursing profession [Required]
  • \n
  • Bi-lingual language - Spanish [Required]
  • \n
\n


Education:

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
  • \n
\n



Work Experience:

\n
    \n
  • Experience in acute care setting or as a nurse navigator [Preferred]
  • \n
  • 1+ years obstetrical nursing experience [Required]
  • \n
\n



Licenses and Certifications:

\n
    \n
  • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
  • \n
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
  • \n
\n
