\n Tell us about the unit(s):
\n Number of Beds - 7
\n Number of Staff – 3 minimum
\n Type of staff:
\n o Day Shift – 2 RNs and 1 OB Surgical Tech
\n o Night Shift - 2 RNs and 1 OB Surgical Tech
\n Patient Ratios – we follow AWHONN acuity staffing ratios
\n Type of equipment – Client, Centricity Perinatal
\n EMR - EPIC
\n Typical hiring profile
\n Skill Set Most recruited for: LDRP
\n Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
\n · 1 year LD experience and AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring certification required.
\n · Labor triage experience- QMP
\n · OR circulator experience (C-section, tubal ligation, D&C, vaginal repair, etc.)
\n · Newborn resuscitation (attending delivery for low-risk newborns)
\n Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
\n IUPC/FSE Placement
\n Assist with JADA/COOKS/BAKRI placement
\n List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
\n Induction of labor, vaginal delivery, c-sections, tubal ligation, labor triage, antepartum, d&c, vaginal repair, NST, IUFD, steroid injections (BMZ), external cephalic version.

\n REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
\n RN
\n BLS
\n ACLS
\n NRP
\n AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
\n Floating Area(s):
\n With low census- may float as PCT (patient care tech) as needed
\n Weekends and On call(if any)
\n Scheduled as needed to fill unit needs. Call not required, but available.
