Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in a busy community Adult and Pediatric Emergency Department \n
- Manage a patient assignment within a 27-bed Emergency Department, typically at a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio \n
- Care for a broad range of diagnoses and acuity levels, including stroke patients, in a high-volume community ER setting \n
- Fulfill weekend shift commitments as scheduled, with approximately 5–6 weekend shifts per scheduling period \n
- Observe required holiday coverage, including one major and one minor holiday \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required) \n
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (required) \n
- PALS certification through the American Heart Association (required) \n
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience \n
- Experience with both Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room patients \n

- Experience in a stroke center or high-volume community emergency setting \n
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating patient census and occasional 5:1 staffing ratios during peak periods \n
