Travel RN – Rural ICU / Med-Surg | New Mexico
\n 13-Week Contract | Night Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours

\n Seeking an experienced **Rural ICU / Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)** for a travel assignment in New Mexico. Join a collaborative healthcare team providing exceptional care in a rural acute care setting.
\n Requirements:
\n • Active New Mexico RN License
\n • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
\n • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
\n • Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
\n • Ability to care for adult, pediatric, and step-down patients
\n • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills

\n Assignment Details:
\n • 13-week contract
\n • Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
\n • 36 guaranteed hours per week
\n • Holiday coverage required
\n • On-call may be required
\n • W-2 employment only (No 1099)

\n Responsibilities:
\n • Deliver comprehensive ICU and Med/Surg patient care
\n • Perform thorough patient assessments and reassessments
\n • Administer medications and treatments safely
\n • Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
\n • Educate patients and families on treatment plans
\n • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
\n • Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
\n • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
