Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with a patient ratio of 2:1 to 3–4:1 \n
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans \n
- Document patient care accurately using the MEDHOST electronic medical records system \n
- Float to Step-Down unit as needed based on staffing and census requirements \n
- Participate in on-call rotation as required \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure \n
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required \n
- Current BLS certification \n
- Current ACLS certification \n
- Proficiency with MEDHOST EMR \n
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler \n

- Experience floating to Step-Down or progressive care units \n
- Familiarity with 27-bed ICU environments and associated workflows \n
- \n
