Technician

***POSITION IS IN NEWTON KANSAS***
Job Description:

1. Responsible for all "front end" activities, including foam machinery and foam pouring, encompassing machine setup, cleanup, upkeep, and management of raw materials.
2. Apply knowledge of foam manufacturing, process/quality controls, and quality assurance to ensure products meet specifications.
3. Utilize thorough knowledge of materials and production techniques to maintain quality standards.

Essential Duties:

1. Operate foam machine during pouring operations.
2. Adjust physical and chemical inputs to optimize foaming yields.
3. Manage raw material tank inventory levels for production.
4. Conduct general machine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
5. Participate in improvement projects and activities.
6. Ensure a safe and organized work area.
7. Must have forklift expierence. 

1st Shift- 6am-3pm M-F
