Job Description:

\n

Seeking a Registered Nurse with proficiency in EPIC charting to work in the Operating Room. The role requires participation in a rotational call schedule, including 2 weekdays and 1 weekend per month. The RN will be responsible for assisting in surgeries across various specialties including general, ortho, plastics, and more.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Assist in surgeries including general, ortho fractures and scopes, plastics, GI, urology, pediatric dental, surgical oncology.
\n
• Participate in 2 weekdays and 1 weekend of call each month.
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
\n
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if doing pediatric cases).
\n
• Proficient in EPIC charting.
\n
• FLU vaccine required with only documented medical exemptions accepted.
\n
• Fingerprinting required - Remote process takes 10 days; In-person can be done at Jackson or Grenada campus.
