📍 Detroit, MI | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week | ☀️ Days (8-Hour Shifts)
\n Seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join a leading Breast Imaging department. The ideal candidate will have strong mammography experience, excellent patient care skills, and the flexibility to work across multiple imaging locations.
\n Responsibilities:
\n Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
\n Assist with breast biopsy procedures, including needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and ductograms
\n Position and educate patients to ensure accurate imaging and patient comfort
\n Maintain imaging equipment, supplies, and a safe, clean work environment
\n Accurately enter patient information and prepare documentation for reporting and billing
\n Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
\n Follow all departmental policies, safety standards, and quality protocols
\n Requirements:
\n Minimum 2 years of Mammography experience
\n Current ARRT (M) certification
\n Current ARRT certification
\n Current AHA BLS certification
\n Ability to work at both the Detroit campus and the Farmington Hills location
\n Assignment Details:
\n 13-week assignment
\n 40 hours per week
\n Day shift with 8-hour shifts (start times between 7:00 AM–8:30 AM)
\n One to two Saturdays per month required
\n No on-call
\n Breast Imaging department
\n 1 opening
\n Local and travel candidates accepted (local rate applies within a 35-mile radius)
Patterns Hiring Job ID #67768-0801. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
