\n Seeking an experienced **Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN)** for a travel assignment in beautiful Hawaii. Join a compassionate team providing exceptional care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.

\n Requirements:
\n • Active Hawaii RN License
\n • Minimum 3 year of recent Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
\n • Current BLS Certification
\n • Experience with Cerner or other Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
\n • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
\n • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

\n Assignment Details:
\n • 13-week contract
\n • Must be available for all shifts
\n • Holiday coverage required
\n • Cerner EMR
\n • W-2 employment only (No 1099)

\n Responsibilities:
\n • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
\n • Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
\n • Administer medications and treatments safely
\n • Develop and update individualized care plans
\n • Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
\n • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
\n • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
\n • Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments
