\n6:45 to 3:15 Monday-Friday with 2 weekdays and 1 weekend of call
\nimportant Requirements
\n- \n
- Flu vaccine is required. Only a medical exemption is accepted, with documented evidence from a healthcare provider showing a previous severe reaction to the vaccine. \n
- Fingerprinting is required.\n
- \n
- Remote process: Allow approximately 10 days. \n
- In-person: Can be completed at the Jackson or Grenada campus during the week before the start date. \n
\n - EPIC experience is a hard requirement. The traveler must be proficient in EPIC charting. There is zero EPIC training provided. \n
- Minimum 2 years of experience required. \n

- Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM \n
- Call: 2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend per month \n

- Approximately 15–22 cases per day \n
Surgical Experience Needed
\n Experience with:

- Orthopedic fractures and scopes \n
- Plastics \n
- GI \n
- Urology \n
- Pediatric dental \n
- Surgical oncology \n
Hip and knee totals are not required for orthopedic experience.
\nClinical Responsibilities

- Scrubbing and circulating: Not required for RN position \n
- Floating: No \n
- Call: Yes, as noted above \n
Systems

- Medication system: Omnicell \n
- Charting system: Epic \n
Orientation
\n- \n
- On-unit orientation \n
- HealthStream virtual education \n
- Approximately 1 week of unit orientation \n
