Schedule / Job Type\nContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Three 12-hour shifts per week | 6–8 weekend shifts per schedule
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed community Emergency Department with an annual volume of approximately 14,000 visits and an average acuity of 3 \n
- Maintain patient ratios of 4–6 patients per RN with ED Tech support available 24/7 \n
- Perform and assist with advanced procedures including bedside cardioversion, procedural sedation, splinting, and intubation assistance \n
- Utilize Cerner for clinical documentation and Carefusion Alaris IV pumps and GE bedside monitors for patient monitoring \n
- Collaborate with MD and mid-level providers available on-site 24/7 to deliver timely emergency care \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience \n
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications \n
- Current PALS or ENPC certification \n
- Strong assessment skills with demonstrated competency in cardiac and trauma care \n
- \n
- TNCC certification preferred \n
- ICU or cardiac nursing background \n
- Experience with trauma patient populations and advanced emergency procedures \n
- \n
- Work within a unit that has recently received Pathway Designation from ANCC, reflecting a commitment to nursing excellence \n
