Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting that operates similarly to a step-down unit, with occasional ventilator patients \n
- Maintain a 1:2 RN-to-patient ratio across a unit with 2 ICU beds and up to 2 flex beds \n
- Float to alike internal units as needed, including occasional coverage of med/surg patients during high census periods \n
- Float to other regional facilities as operationally required \n
- Participate in on-call rotation during low census periods, with call-back availability and a minimum 2-hour call-back guarantee \n
- Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season if vaccination is declined \n

- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) \n
- Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) \n
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience \n
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records \n
- \n
- Experience in a combined ICU/step-down environment \n
- Comfort with ventilator management and higher-acuity patient populations \n
- \n
- Scrubs are provided at no cost, giving you flexibility from day one \n
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week with call-back pay opportunities when on-call hours are utilized \n
