Shift: Night Flex (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Position Overview:
\n We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced emergency department in Hermiston, OR. The ER RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients experiencing medical emergencies, performing rapid assessments, triage, and interventions while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver timely, effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity.
\n
• Provide emergency nursing care for a wide range of medical conditions and injuries.
\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as appropriate.
\n
• Coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
\n
• Ensure compliance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
\n
• Supervise and provide direction to assigned personnel.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
\n

Requirements:

• Active Oregon or compact RN License
\n
• Recent Emergency Room (ER) experience
\n
• ACLS Certification
\n
• BLS Certification
\n
• PALS Certification
\n
• TNCC Certification
\n
