Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Stepdown/PCU position requiring a KS or compact license and 2 years of experience.

Details\n

• Work in the Stepdown Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
\n
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
\n
• Required to work every other weekend
\n
• No on-call responsibilities
\n
• Floating may be required to like units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita
\n
• Uses Cerner OneChart EMR
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active RN license (KS or Compact) currently in hand
\n
• Current BLS certification from AHA
\n
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
\n
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
\n
• Primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Provide stepdown-level nursing care to progressive care unit patients
\n
• Ceil blue scrubs required
\n
• Radius rule applies which may reduce pay rate for local candidates
\n
