Paid Training Program - Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA
\nCandidates will be paid during the course!
\n\nNEXT CLASS STARTS: September 14th!
\n\nOnce certified, the rates are $18.00 - $19.00
\n\nCooperstown Center is currently offering fully sponsored Paid CNA Training for eligible candidates who will work at our Skilled Nursing Facility.
\nParticipants who complete the course will be offered a position in our facility.

Location of Employment (after training):
\nCooperstown Center, located in Cooperstown, NY.
\nCNA Duties Include:
\n- \n

Observing Residents in assigned units
\n - \n
Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
\n - \n
Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc
\n - \n
Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
\n - \n
Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
\n - \n
Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
\n - \n
Transporting Residents within the Facility
\n - \n
Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
\n - \n
Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data
\n
Hiring Requirements:

Successful completion of the Sponsored CNA program
\n - \n
Must be 18 years or older
\n - \n
Must be in good standing with the State Registry
\n - \n
Ability to work as a team member
