Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Location\nMayfield Heights, OH
Schedule / Job Type\nContract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Onsite | 1–2 Call Shifts Per Week
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within an Operating Room setting \n
- Assist with and support vascular surgery procedures as a core component of the role \n
- Participate in on-call rotation, averaging 1–2 call shifts per week \n
- Maintain compliance with facility orientation requirements, including assessments completed during onboarding \n
- Complete required annual and pre-start training modules as directed by the facility \n
- \n
- Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission \n
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Operating Room experience required \n
- Vascular surgery experience required \n
- All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted \n
- One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment within the past 12 months \n
- Must be able to pass facility-required assessments (ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety) within two attempts during orientation \n

- 18+ months of OR experience concentrated within a single facility \n
- Prior travel nursing experience in a perioperative or surgical specialty setting \n
- \n
- Opportunity to work in a high-acuity surgical environment with a well-established health system \n
- Contract assignments with potential for extensions up to 18 months \n
