RN Flex Pool - Days, General Job duties. Types of procedures required.
\n Flex Rn Floats between various medical and surgical units

\n Shift or schedule requirements.
\n 12-hour shifts - Days (0645 to 1915) - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours.
\n Equipment - Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes.
\n Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2-10 years’ experience
\n Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, ACLS (Preferred: PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC)
\n Floating to other units/departments: Medical Unit; Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions)
\n Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: Medical - 77; Laulima (surgical Acute) - 18; Cardiovascular Unit - 15 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
\n Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights
\n Laulima 1:6
\n Cardiovascular 1:4
