We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a community-based vaccination initiative. The RN will administer a variety of immunizations in a retail healthcare setting while delivering exceptional patient care, educating patients, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
\nThis is a patient-facing role requiring flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Administer immunizations including:\n
- \n
- Influenza (Flu) \n
- COVID-19 \n
- MMR \n
- Hepatitis A & B \n
- Tdap \n
- Shingles (Zoster) \n
- Pneumococcal \n
- HPV \n
- RSV \n
- Other CDC-recommended vaccines \n
\n - Assess patients prior to vaccination. \n
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions following immunization. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and vaccine records. \n
- Educate patients regarding vaccines, side effects, and post-vaccination care. \n
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols (PPE provided). \n
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. \n
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies. \n
- Adapt to changing workflows and patient volumes. \n
- Support a positive, patient-centered healthcare environment. \n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts. \n
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization experience. \n
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. \n
- Strong medication administration and clinical assessment skills. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Must not appear on the DEA Excluded Parties List. \n
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED. \n

- Previous experience in retail health, public health, occupational health, or community vaccination clinics. \n
- Experience administering multiple vaccine types. \n
- Strong customer service and patient education skills. \n
