Registered Nurse – Operating Room
Location\nCamden, SC
Schedule / Job Type\nContract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in an acute care operating room setting \n
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekday call coverage (3:00 PM – 7:00 AM) as scheduled \n
- Fulfill weekend shift requirements, typically every 4th weekend with weekday coverage \n
- Float within scope to meet facility needs across like units as required \n
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records \n
- Participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June–November) as required \n

- Minimum 4 years of Operating Room RN experience required; first-time travelers not accepted \n
- Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date \n
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required \n
- Proficiency with Epic charting system \n
- Must be available to fulfill on-call and weekend obligations per rotation schedule \n

- Experience working in an acute care hospital environment \n
- Familiarity with surgical scrub and circulating roles in the OR \n
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to floating assignments across similar units \n
- \n
- Surgical scrubs are provided by the facility, and free parking is available on-site \n
- Work within a structured, supportive acute care environment with a consistent day shift schedule \n
