Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with a team nursing approach, supporting high-risk labor, C-sections, antepartum, and postpartum patients \n
- Manage patient ratios including 1:1 for high-risk labor and C-sections, 1:2 for antepartum/PPROM/PTL on mag and postpartum on mag, and 1:3 for postpartum mag without baby and outpatients \n
- Perform and assist with procedures including C-sections, inductions, AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler monitoring \n
- Operate unit equipment including Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, and CPN (GE) monitors \n
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN EMR systems \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, surgical technologists, unit clerks, and OB Hospitalists \n

- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Current BLS certification \n
- Current ACLS certification \n
- Current NRP certification \n
- EFM-C or AWHONN fetal monitoring certification \n
- \n
- Experience circulating C-sections \n
- High-risk LDR experience \n
- \n
- Self-scheduling is offered, providing flexibility and work-life balance, supported by a collaborative team that works together to meet unit staffing needs \n
- Strong, supportive leadership team with floor-capable charge nurses, a newly established OB Hospitalist program, and a highly experienced staff with many nurses holding 20–40 years of tenure \n
