Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in a hospital setting. \n
- Demonstrate competence in care of patients with complex problems, addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects of care. \n
- Assess and anticipate discharge needs of individual patients and families, consulting appropriate resources for complex care issues. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate patient care outcomes and communicate relevant information to promote continuity of care. \n
- Organize and prioritize care according to patient and family needs, utilizing healthcare organization standards, policies, and procedures. \n
- Participate in unit goals, performance improvement activities, and cost-effective care initiatives while promoting a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment. \n

- Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of North Carolina. \n
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from AHA or ARC. \n
- Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school of nursing. \n
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience. \n
- \n
- BSN or MSN from an accredited school of nursing. \n
- \n
