\n o Day Shift – 1 CNC, 5 RN, 1 Transition RN, 1 Unit Secretary 1 CST
\n o Night Shift - 1 CNC, 4 RN, 1 Transition, 1 Unit Secretary, 1 CST
\n Patient Ratios – 1:1 to 2:1
\n Type of equipment – Client Monitors, Panda Warmers, Novi, Neptune
\n EMR – CPN, Meditech
\n Typical hiring profile
\n Skill Set Most recruited for:
\n Must have: transition, postpartum and newborn experience
\n Preferred or nice to have: charge experience
\n List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
\n Laboring and vaginal delivery
\n C/Sections
\n Care of newly delivered mothers and their newborns
