Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Dad is a resident in a Nursing Home in Rich Creek, VA The visits would be at the nursing home for 2-3 hours at a time. He is very intelligent and an author and musician and likes talking deeply about topics. He is a scrabble aficionado. He is not religious. He is twice a widower, and has 4 adult children. He has some hearing and therefore comprehension loss but is extremely verbally coherent when heard. Our care concerns beyond companionship are: Possible Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically and Mentally Active (taking a walk in or outside the facility)
