Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Family of four kids (kindergarten through 6th grade) in Knoxville seeking a dependable, energetic sitter. Sometimes all four kids are home, sometimes just a couple flexibility with group size is a plus. Regular need for coverage on every TN Vols home football game weekend this season, plus occasional additional weekends and evenings. Comfortable around two lab-sized dogs and a cat is a must. Looking for someone experienced with managing multiple kids and age groups, comfortable with active play, homework help for the older ones, and basic meal/snack prep. Would love someone interested in a recurring arrangement rather than one-off.
