Wapak Manor is under new management and seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

We are focused on building a strong clinical team that delivers quality care and great outcomes.

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Develop individualized therapy plans

• Work closely with nursing and dietary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Educate residents, families, and staff

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills
