What will you tackle?

• Lay out, position, align, and fit components into welding fixtures—precisely and efficiently.
• Set up a gas-shielded MIG welder and complete welds that meet job specifications.
• Read and apply welding blueprints and symbols without missing a detail.
• Leverage hand tools, clamps, and grinders to prepare and finish work.
• Handle routine maintenance on welding equipment to keep uptime high.

Are you the right fit?

• Yes, if you have 2+ years of MIG welding experience and can confidently read welding blueprints.
• Yes, if you’re fluent in tape measure reading, production welding setups, and blueprint interpretation.

Pay, hours, and perks

• $22–$24 per hour, based on experience.
• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; Friday overtime is common.
