Onsite in Golden, CO
our client seeks a Treasury Technology Consultant to assess manual treasury workflows and implement automated solutions on the Sigma platform. The consultant will design workflows, build reporting, and partner with treasury, finance, and IT to align solutions to business requirements. The role will emphasize documentation, SOPs, training, and knowledge transfer to drive sustainable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Experience in treasury process automation, data platforms, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Assess and document current-state treasury processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Design and build automated workflows and reporting solutions within the Sigma platform.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Develop clear process documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer to enable long-term sustainability.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for treasury operations and reporting automation.
- Support testing, validation, and refinement of implemented solutions.
- Experience in treasury operations, finance transformation, or treasury technology consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Sigma or similar data and analytics platforms.
- Background automating financial or treasury processes such as cash management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of treasury workflows, systems, and controls.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting processes and delivering end-user training.
- Problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in a global treasury function, manufacturing company, and/or global organization (preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and integrations with reporting tools (preferred).
- Background in data modeling, reporting automation, or business intelligence tools (preferred).
- Experience with DataBricks, Treasury Management Systems, forecast scenario modeling, and building financial dashboards (preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, etc.).
