Responsibilities:Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans
Help residents improve daily living and functional skills
Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams
Maintain documentation and compliance standards
Provide education to residents and families
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio
Experience in skilled nursing preferred
Team-oriented with strong clinical skills
