Previous Collision Center / Body Shop Management Experience Required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Collision Center
- Lead, coach, and develop estimators, technicians, painters, apprentices, and support staff
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to OEM repair procedures
- Monitor production, cycle time, quality, CSI, and profitability
- Review estimates and repair plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Work closely with insurance companies, customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and facility standards
- Foster a positive, customer-focused culture built on teamwork and accountability
Qualifications:
- Previous Collision Center, Body Shop, or Collision Repair Management experience required
- Experience estimating collision repairs is preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Thorough understanding of collision repair processes, production scheduling, and insurance procedures
- Knowledge of OEM repair standards and quality control practices
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency with estimating and management software
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
