Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: - Provides patient care in adult, pediatric, and neonatal critical care areas and may train RT personnel in these areas.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend rotation required. - On-call rotation required.

Special Requests: - Former direct employees are not eligible to return through an agency until after 6 months from their former direct employment.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
