We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to support manufacturing operations through inspections, documentation, product testing, and quality oversight activities. Schedule1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform product inspections and sampling activities prior to final release.
- Support Manufacturing and Quality Control teams with inspections and material sampling.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and quality reports.
- Monitor product and material status to ensure proper storage and handling.
- Review and release materials as required.
- Provide quality oversight throughout manufacturing operations.
- Initiate and document deviations and immediate corrective actions when needed.
- Participate in quality and safety audits, walkthroughs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow established procedures, SOPs, and cGMP requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance experience preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a physical and vision exam, including color vision requirements.
This position operates in a combination of manufacturing, warehouse, and office settings. Occasional overtime may be required, and work may involve supporting multiple operational areas within the facility.
