Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great, reliable nanny for 2 children in Nashville. We have a 2-year-old and a 4-month-old, as well as a small dog. We would prefer a nanny who is comfortable around dogs and loves being around kids, has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. We will sometimes need help overnight, as well as with travel sometimes. We can guarantee a certain amount of hours each week if needed. My husband travels often so the needs will change from week to week. We are looking for someone with flexibility and that wont flake. Help with light cleaning and putting toys away, laundry, etc.
