Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I currently own a salon business and bring my 4-month-old with me, she is a great baby and is pretty good in the salon given the circumstance however there are times where she wants to be held and given more attention than I can while working. Looking to find a part time nanny to look after her while Im working so I can focus in on work while at the salon.
