Babysitter Needed

Our family is looking for a full-time nanny/house manager in Winchester starting in September! The role is primarily caring for our 15-month-old son, as our 3-year-old is in preschool 8:30-3. We also have daughters, ages 5 and 7, who are in school and after-school care but may occasionally be home on school breaks. Schedule: Mon., Tues. & Thurs. 1-5:30; Wed. 8-5:30; Fri. 8-4, plus regular weekend date nights. Responsibilities include childcare, preschool drop-off/pick-up (walkable), children's meals, planning activities, children's laundry, tidying play areas, organizing toys, and helping keep our home running smoothly. $35-40/hour plus guaranteed hours, paid sick days, and holidays.
