Our locally owned, fast-casual restaurant group in Saint Louis is growing and adding a dedicated Nighttime Shift Supervisor to the leadership team. This role is ideal for an organized, high-energy operator who thrives in hospitality and wants consistent scheduling, strong support, and real advancement potential.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in casual, QSR, fast-food, or fast-casual restaurants
• Reliable transportation
• Must reside within Saint Louis city limits for long-term success
• Comfortable working nighttime and closing shifts only
• Leadership style centered on leading by example, intentional coaching, and maintaining operational standards
• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and a consistently positive attitude
• Ability to build respectful, accountable relationships with crew members
• Hands-on leadership approach suited for action-oriented operators
• Maintains quality control across dine-in, catering, and delivery operations
• Upholds standards and strengthens systems that support customer experience
• Demonstrates consistent punctuality, focus, and strong decision-making in fast-moving environments

Preferred Background and Skills

• Experience in high-speed food service concepts such as sandwich shops, pizza operations, or QSR
• Comfortable working within structured systems and fast-moving service models
