Assistant Manager - Cabana's Coastal Grill

Looking for an assistant manager who has 2+ years of experience in the hospitality field in a management position. Managers are required to work a minimum of 50 hours a week. Open availability, including mostly nights, weekends, and holidays. Management goes through a training program that includes kitchen training and FOH training to ensure you have the knowledge needed to successfully manage in our locations. We are a successful family-owned company that has been around for over 40 years with 13 different entities from St. Pete Beach to Dunedin, and we are still growing.  You must be hands-on and capable of leading a team to success with energy and hospitality that matches our setting. Cabana's isn't just a restaurant- it's an experience.  It's part of a tropical, hotel, beachfront environment.
