Job Description

—Residential Rehabilitation Director serving people living with a Brain Injury

Minds in Motion Initiative (MIMI) is an innovative new nonprofit organization in Salem, Oregon specializing in rehabilitation services for people of all ages with acquired brain injuries and other neurological illnesses or injuries. Our mission is to help those we serve to gain maximum independence and live the life they choose. Our philosophy is “Nothing for the person, without the person”.

Our organization has established five initiatives working in harmony to transform person-centered care delivery. The Residential Rehabilitation Director will oversee the Living Services Initiative located in a historic Salem, Oregon neighborhood. The geographic location is ideal for community-based rehabilitation.
