Looking for a steady weekday schedule and the opportunity to work directly with students? Covelo Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support K-12 students in Glendale, CA. This school-based role is a great fit for candidates with experience in ABA, childcare, education, behavioral support, or classroom settings.

You'll help students stay engaged, follow classroom routines, and build positive behaviors while gaining valuable experience in a school environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students
• Reinforce positive behaviors and follow behavior plans
• Support classroom routines and daily activities
• Track and communicate student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience in ABA, schools, daycare, behavioral health, or similar settings preferred
• Ability to follow direction and maintain consistency throughout the school day
• BLS certification preferred
