Shift Manager | Blue Sushi Sake Grill | Naperville

The Shift Manager works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and help create a positive experience for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Help oversee daily operations and ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead, train, and support employees while maintaining service and hospitality standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed.
• Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and shift transitions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and company standards throughout the restaurant.
